Account & Data Deletion

Food Energy lets you optionally sign in (with Apple or Google) to back up your food diary to the cloud. You can delete your data, or your entire account, at any time — both options are below.

Delete your data (keep your account)

  1. Open Food Energy and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Open Privacy & Data.
  3. Tap “Delete All Data” and confirm.

This permanently deletes all your meals and meal photos — both on the device and in the cloud backup. Your account stays signed in.

Delete your account and all data

  1. Open Food Energy and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Under Settings, tap “Cloud sync” to open the Account screen.
  3. Tap “Delete account & data” and confirm.

This immediately and permanently deletes your account and all cloud-stored data.

Delete by request

If you can no longer access the app, email sergmochalin@gmail.com from the email address you used to sign in, with the subject “Delete my Food Energy account or data”. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

Deletion is permanent and applies immediately (in-app) or within 30 days (by email request).

What is retained

Cloud backup is optional and exists only if you signed in. It is not available in the RuStore version of the app. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
